SANTIAGO FALLON, PhD., LMHC, NCC
Executive Director
Santiago Fallon is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. He received his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees at the University of Central Florida. He received his PhD. at Barry University, with a specialization in Marital, Couple, Family Counseling and Therapy. He holds a National Certification in Counseling (NCC) as well as certification in Hypnotherapy and Gerontology. He works with families, couples, children, adolescents, and individual clients. He is very interested in collaborative approaches for divorcing families, including family mediation and parent coordination. He continues his development of post-modern approaches to psychotherapy, with a mind, body and spirit approach. For more information, click here.

SAKINA ISSA, MA
Program Director
Sakina attended the University of Central Florida’s Mental Health and Marriage and Family Counseling program and graduated in 2015. It was through the program that she developed her skills as a practitioner as well as learned the importance of the therapeutic relationship. Sakina specializes in individual growth, helping clients move past relationships that have impacted them throughout their lives. She also focuses on pre-marital and couples counseling.

SONI McCARTY, MA, LMHC
Soni McCarty is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. She has more than fourteen years’ experience in working as a Child Therapist, Play Therapist, Adolescent and Family Counselor. Ms. McCarty has extensive training and experience in treating divorce issues, depression, anxiety, childhood trauma, grief issues, unmanageable behavior problems, life transitions, family relationship issues, mood disorders, co-parenting issues, school problems, healing from abuse, separation issues, attachment issues, medical illness issues, sexual acting-out problems, aggression, and other emotional and behavior difficulties (see her website for more information).

KATHARINE (Kitty) W. MENDOZA, MSW, LCSW
Katharine (Kitty) W. Mendoza is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years experience as a Bereavement Counselor. She has extensive experience working with adolescents, adults and seniors to manage the grief resulting from loss. Her training enables her to address issues such as PTSD, trauma, anxiety and depression.
Mrs. Mendoza teaches a variety of techniques and attitudes for effective stress management in a class called "Mindfulness Meditation for Beginners." She also facilitates an ongoing Meditation Group. For more information click here.
